Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour black beans, diced tomatoes w/onions (do not drain), Shoepeg corn and green pepper. Mix together. Stir in chopped sunflower shoots.
  2. Mix together olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, onion powder, garlic powder, and cumin. Add to bowl. Stir well together and chill.
  3. To serve: top with plenty of Zesty Mix microgreens and enjoy with tortilla chips
